Zero Pilot
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) are established by Abdelbaset LATRECHE, Individual Entrepreneur (SIRET: 81473728400038), operating under the trade name Zero Pilot (hereinafter the « Publisher »), whose registered office is located at 11 RUE CHARLES FRANCOIS DAUBIGNY, 95130 LE PLESSIS-BOUCHARD, and who markets digital compliance assistance products (hereinafter the « Products ») on the website zero-pilot.com.
The GTS exclusively govern the sales of digital Products concluded with customers acting within the scope of their professional activity (B2B sales).
The price of the NIS 2 Compliance Kit is displayed on the sales page.
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are Exclusive of Tax (ET). In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code, the Publisher is not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). Professional customers located in the European Union or outside France are responsible for self-assessing VAT or applicable taxes in their country.
The Product is ordered via the Gumroad payment platform. The purchase is considered firm and definitive upon receipt by the User of the order confirmation email and the download link.
Payment is due immediately upon order.
The Product is delivered to the User in the form of a downloadable digital file (link sent by email) immediately or shortly after payment validation by Gumroad.
The User is responsible for saving the purchased file. The Publisher is not obliged to ensure unlimited access to the download link after initial delivery.
The purchase of a digital Product such as the NIS 2 Compliance Kit entails the express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code (applicable to professionals by extension for digital products), the User expressly agrees to lose their 14-day right of withdrawal by validating the purchase and beginning the download or consultation of the digital content before the end of the period.
In the absence of any technical error attributable to the Publisher (corrupted file, non-functional link), no refund is possible.
The NIS 2 Compliance Kit and all included documents are the exclusive intellectual property of Abdelbaset LATRECHE.
The purchase grants the User a non-exclusive license to use only for the internal needs of the purchasing company. Any resale, distribution, reproduction, or dissemination of the kit (even modified) for commercial purposes or to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The Publisher disclaims all responsibility in case of damage resulting from improper use of the kit or the client's final non-compliance with the NIS 2 directive.
The Products constitute aids and document templates; they do not in any case replace legal advice or a complete professional audit.
These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent French courts.
